Zack turned to face his teammates, pinching his nose as he did the second he teleported at that place. His dull eyes were not entertained by the deformed trees around him peeking through the fog. They no longer resembled slender monsters with many arms but freaks of nature.
"This is by far the worst place Sensei had sent us to," he said with a nasal voice.
"I'd say," Szedra added, stealing Zack's attention.
Szedra's dark green theme made her blend in with the moss-covered ground. She stopped pinching her nose and her nostrils slowly regained their shape.
"There's nothing like the smell of rotten eggs in the air to awaken the senses." She looked up from Lanse's boots to his face, still focused on the time on his telecom. "Even the team leader can't fascinate himself with his goddess in this stench." Her lips curved into an evil smile.
