Tess never got stared at so strongly as she did while bringing Jeremy home and so she got a jet-cab to avoid more stares. The driver's eyes constantly switched from the road to see the zombie beside her on the back seat. His knitted brows in the rear-view mirror could have been from concern about the fellah. Or it could have been the blood he had dripping from his nose to mess up his cab!
