Sensei walked off towards the two tall doors and continued to speak. Tess and her teammates followed behind him in a line.
"From now on you five will be separated based on the abilities you need to focus on. Hopefully then you'll experience improvements in grasping your guardian powers, since what I've seen so far has convinced me I've been wasting my time every day for the past three months. But don't take this as an escape for the other missions I have assigned for you, those won't end."
Apart from the soft stamps from the Primus workers who passed them by, Sensei's voice was the only thing that convinced them their ears were working. He had a way of subconsciously demanding no interruptions when he spoke.
"Your training will be altered to accommodate each new ability you awaken. What I planned for each of you today is based on Intel from your team leader and the elders. But please feel free to clarify any statement you find inaccurate."
