After adjusting her emotion from wanting to smack people, she asks nicely to the receptionist, "Can you call Ms. Bella to ask? You can say my name to her. My name is Mel Tan."
"Ms. Bella is in the middle of a meeting. I can't help you, sorry."
Mel dumbfounded.
She felt this receptionist was not polite to her. She didn't even ask her to wait in the lounge area. She could see there are a few sofas and coffee tables for the guests.

Suddenly she wants to teach this impolite receptionist. In her company, no one can act like that. They should respect everyone.
She knows her appearance right now is really casual. She only wears her tight blue jeans, a black shirt, a classic trench coat, and a pair of white sneakers to make this receptionist think of her as a nobody.
With an upset voice, she calls Aunty Bella. She doesn't care if now she is in the middle of a meeting.
