For me it is a group of game and which can be played by one or in group by moving your body or doing physical activity.
Sports help us to develop physical skill. To get exercise. Even sports help you to make friend. It help you to stay fit, healthy.There are many games. For example: footbal, volleyball etc. To play this game you need to move your muscles.
Participation in sports is a great way of staying active and offers wonderful rewards for mental health. Being involved in sports has been proven to help children learning ne thing, valuable skills. They help youth how to work in group or as a partner in office or in other work. Sports can help students also. Sports can help students become more independent.
