I walked in a straight path shouting Gabys' name like a five year old kid who've lost his mother thinking that maybe he might listen to my voice and come, but for the past ten minutes that I've been calling out, no one responded. I gave up because clearly my search was up to no good and as soon as as I made a turn heading towards a dome house, I bumped into someone.
"I'm sorry" I uttered helping the person up from the floor and just beside him was Angie's necklace. "Gaby!" I exclaimed, "For the love of God, I've called your name like a thousand times".
"Maybe you needed to call a bit louder" he said trying to make a joke about everything, in case he didn't notice I was really hungry and I couldn't use a good meal right now or anger would feed on me.
"Where have you been? I asked.
"Strange Davis, I was in a pyramid. I thought everything I read about this place was a myth, but clearly everything is real".
"The necklace, I need it" I said.
