Vincent had grabbed her hand without her realising an his thumb traced circles on the back of her palm, at the end of her thumb. While Prudence was thinking an in shock, Vincent shifted closer to her. It made her pushed herself back against the headboard. He shifted once again and this time Prudence had nowhere to go.
