Made weary by the attack Yun Lei launched, the two elders seemed to come to their senses. Instead of blindly attacking like they did before, they had started focusing on defence and would only attack if the opportunity arose. One arrow had completely reversed the situation of the two parties.
Being constantly harassed by the elders was a very annoying thing, but Yun Lei at least had some room to breathe. And because of this, he was able to successfully leave the frontline, drawing his opponents with him. That was good an all but attacking was still a big problem.
His soul was undoubtably stronger than theirs, but it wasn't strong to the point that he could completely suppress them. Naturally, attacking ethereally was out of the question; the memories of one elder had already got him reeling, any more and his head would probably explode.
