Soul Cultivation.
It wasn't the first time he had heard that phrase in recent memory. Not long ago, when the owner of the Black Light gambling den had spoken about it, he had already become rather curious. After all, he seemed to have some sort of weird connection with the word soul.
At that time, he had theorised that he would be able to learn more if he were to investigate the Black Faction, but he had ended up not going through with it. There was one main reason behind that: he was afraid.
Although he wasn't sure, whatever advantage he had over the average mortal and even the cultivators had something to do with his soul. Without that, he was not worthy of any special mention.
So then, what would happen if he were to meet someone who was more knowledgeable about the power he was using? What if he were to come across someone whose soul was even stronger than his? The answer was obvious: he would most likely die.
