In the City of Smiths, a rumour had been spread far and wide: the King had come for a visit. The people living there were no strangers to the fact that most of the blacksmiths were quitting and, given the economy of the Howling Fang, it was only natural that the King came to visit. However, they also knew how much of a risk they were taking by "rebelling" against the decree of the King.
The Howling Fang was a nation settled by the first soul wolf, Hunlang Hao himself. However, unlike the unquestionable and unshakeable rule of the Hunlang Dynasty, the system he established took all the different people living in the basin into account, allowing them to have representatives in the Royal Court. It wasn't perfect, but the people at least had a way of letting their voices of concern reach the ears of the Ruler.
