Stacks of iron ingots were set to one side of the station, clearly waiting to be worked on. However, Yun Lei didn't jump straight into putting the material into the fire. If he did, he would most likely only ruin it. Since he didn't know anything, he thought he should start from the very basics: extraction.
Whether it was the Eastern Continent, Northern Continent, or the Upper Realms, pure iron wasn't something found in nature. It had to be extracted from whatever ore was dug out from the mines, the most common ones being hematite and magnetite. These two ores made 80 percent of all ore dug up in the Howling Fang.
Next to the processed ingots, in a metal box, were fresh ores. Gathering a good amount of the ore and the necessary amounts of coal coke and limestone flux, Yun Lei moved in front of the implement that was used for extracting: the blast furnace.
