No matter which direction he looked in, he saw snow-capped mountains surrounding the basin where most of the population lived. However, even when he was travelling at full speed, it would take him, a cultivator in the Tribulation Aspect, capable of running even on air, nearly half a day to reach those mountains from the capital. For ordinary mortals, this journey most likely took months.
