Using profound energy to reinforce his body, Yun Lei got up on his shaky legs. Physically, he was completely fine. However, the mental toll he had paid upon burning memories of 136 years into his mind was by no means minuscule. And on top of that, there was the soul energy he had spent to initiate that attack and the shock it had endured as a result. Given these factors, it was amazing that he was still talking, let alone able to stand.
"You don't have a problem with me using profound energy, do you? I don't think I can stand without it." Yun Lei spoke to his teacher in a tired tone.
"You can use it to move around, but you cannot use it to attack."
"Then how do you expect me to win against those bastards standing in the back? This one wasn't even in the Bone Forging Realm proper, and dealing with him almost put me in the grave. If I shoot one more of those soul arrows, I'm gonna pass out."
