It took Yun Lei nearly an hour to finish exploring the first floor. For the most part, this hour of his was mostly uneventful. He ran into yet another kobold and a frilled lizard, but dispatching them wasn't a very difficult task. It did cost him two arrows, dwindling his already limited supply even further, but there wasn't much he could have done about this.
Knowing that there was nothing left to see on the top floor, he made his way to the nearest flight of stairs and started walking downwards. Some sort of thick fog clung to the air in this stairway, blocking both sight and senses. All Yun Lei could do was be as cautious as he could and hope he wouldn't run into another beast.
