The night was cold, prompting many who travelled that night to tug at their coats. One man burped as yet again he had just completed a sumptuous meal at his favourite diner.
Burp! Burp! He continuously burped while walking, which was quite annoying to those passing by.
"Damn acid reflux!" He cursed while grabbing a small container in his coat, popped it open and moments later, there was a look of relief on his face. He then headed into his apartment lobby. His apartment was on the sixth floor, so his next visit was the elevator. There he stood as a young teenage boy waited patiently beside him.
Finally, the elevator doors opened. Level six was selected by the man, but he noticed that the teen did not choose a floor for himself. This was the first he had ever seen the teen, but he didn't make much of it. He knew everyone on level 6, and this kid's residence was certainly not there.
