Chase simply glaring was quite annoying to Shaun, so he asked, "Can I help you with something?"
Chase sneered, "I don't like you. You're like a bug, always drawn to the brightness of the lights. So you seek it out at every given turn, taking it away from those who are far more deserving. Soon, however, you will be exposed as the fraud you truly are and burnt out of existence."
There was an awkward moment between the two as confusion grew on Shaun's face. It was as though he was trying to comprehend something, "I'm sorry, who are you again?"
A vein could be seen bulging on Chase's forehead. Words didn't usually faze him, but he could see the confusion in Shaun's eyes. It was as though he genuinely didn't recall who Chase was.
