Later that day, Roger made his way to a welding and machine workshop called Vinnies Works. He was slightly tentative, walking inside because this was the location of the shady characters who planned on robbing the bank.
Walking in, he saw one of the robbers doing welding work, yet he wasn't using a torch but the searing heat from his eyes. These men were even more intimidating than he had initially thought. He never knew that there were supers among the bunch and began to sweat.
At first, he assumed they were simply mobsters with the affinity for chopping off heads, but this was beyond anything he could have guessed.
Immediately Roger wanted to call Shaun and tell him it was off, but Clyde, the guy with laser beams, saw him before he could turn around.
"Hey, look who it is; it's our boy, Roger," said Clyde menacingly.
