They were being surrounded by five girls each. And these girls were trying to please them.
They were VIP members of this bar, thus, they received special treatments.
"Have you received Paul's wedding invitation?" Greg asked his good friend who was kissing a chick on the lips.
Their moans might be toned down by the loud music outside but he knew that their make out session was heating up.
