Jane's day went fine unexpectedly after that short hiccup during the morning. All she wanted was to have good food at dinner and a good time of comforting cuddle from her husband.
As she walked on the hallway going to the dorm, Jane tried calling Mrs. Shaw but the latter was unresponsive. It was the automated response from the network operator who had answered her call.
Jane had no other choice but to send her a message, [Hey, Lilith. I tried calling you but you seemed busy. I have heard from Gabriel about what happened to Jake. Is he okay now?]
[I'm really sorry. I have caused this to him. If it's okay to visit him, please let me know.]
After sending the message, Jane placed her phone back inside her bag. She was really worried for Jake.
Jane really wanted to pay Jake a visit but she didn't want to do something that could upset Edric. At the same time, given that she had caused this to him, she's sure that the Shaw family might not allow her to visit Jake.
