Seeing their faces, Jane was utterly disappointed.
She knew that the old Jane badly wanted to stay away from trouble.
She was was probably so naive to think that wearing such disguise would help her stay away from trouble. The opposite happened. But It was already too late for her to undo what she had done to herself.
She was just trying to protect herself that's why she chose to be in disguise. She neither did not want to fool them. She wanted to graduate peacefully as much as possible.
"How I actually look is not the issue here. You treated me based on my appearance. And since you have found out that that's only a disguise, you didn't know how to treat me now, am I right?"
With Jane's real appearance finally revealed, the tides had turned.
"I did tell you the last time that you'd regret treating me harshly in the past. Don't fret. I'm not that petty. Now if you all excuse me. I still have to go to my room."
