Edric had no other choice but to let Jane to calm down first before he decided to continue telling her everything.
She asked to be left alone to have the space to think things over and to have a breather.
Edric decided to talk to Darius first while Jane was recomposing herself on her seat.

"Darius, how is the decoding of the prophecy script going on?" He asked him softly so Jane could not hear what they were conversing about.
"Master, the scholars are still decoding it." Darius responded on the same way.
"It's been so many years and there's still no improvement?" He remarked in disbelief.
With the advancement of technology, they should be able to decode the symbols in that scroll with ease, right? However, to his disappointment, there's still no progress from the last time they went off.
