The prince walked in with the others. The throne room went quiet, the demon prince's presence in the room send them trembling in their seats.
The guests that were invited to witness the coronation had their eyes on everyone else but the prince. Theo didn't mind, he had put on his aloof face as he entered the room.
The queen's mother got up from her throne and stood next to him. She had been warned by her advisers to keep the ceremony short as to avoid any issues from arising. The group of witnesses before her was scared out of their wits. Some looked like they were about to faint.
"The crown," she ordered. Her royal adviser brought the crown to her, she held the crown and had the prince go on his knee. "I pronounce you king of Arcadia," she said. The crowd clapped and cheered in hushed voices afraid of angering the new king.
