Landon was shocked by the prince's reaction. His intentions were far from the misunderstanding Malark had. Malark rolled his eyes in exhaustion and accidentally caught a glimpse of Kron.
"You won't get the satisfaction of ruining my life," Malark uttered as a challenge. With steady confident footsteps he walked towards the door passing by Hope as though she was not even there.
His sudden movements shocked Lysander and Kron who froze as the prince matched towards them.
The prince grabbed Kron's hand and disappeared. He reappeared in the cabin assigned to Alek and took him away as well. With the two of them he arrived in the holy temple where a statue of the supreme god of the sun and moon laid.
Kron and Alek faced each other, worry was written all over both their faces. Alek being worried of the prince's foul mood and Kron being scared of Malark's reaction changing the course of their plans.
