Theo was not sure he understood what Tabezi was saying. His body was paralysed to the ground when she spoke, every word pierced through him like sharp blades.
"Let's not dig up the mistakes of the past. Let's go a few days back," Tabezi said to him.
Sly looked away from the window unable to keep watching. It was heartbreaking to watch the tears that flowed from Lysander's eyes at everything.
"I know that you say that something bad will happened and we will deal with it later. Right now stop this from happening," Sly pleaded to her.
"You don't get it, every time I get involved to fix his mistake. Lysander finds himself in an even worse situation," she uttered. "I don't know how you live with yourself but I can't carry that guilt one more time," she added.
"What can be worse than being r*ped," Sly asked her mad. She had the power to save Lysander from the demonic beasts inside of Landon.
