William stared at those green eyes seriously, making Catherine try hard to stifle her beating heart.
"I don't want to regret delaying to express my feelings to you. The events on the trip earlier were enough to make me realize that we could die at any time," William said, pausing for a moment, then continued his words again.
"You know, I was so scared when I found out that the arrow almost hit you. What if something happened to you or to me while we were still angry? I can't bear the regret," William continued.
Catherine, who saw William's honesty and sincerity, finally couldn't hold back her feelings anymore. She hugged William again and said, "I love you too."
"Is that true? I'm happy to hear that. Have you loved me for a long time?" he asked.
"I don't know since when that feeling grew. I never said it because I know your heart is always filled with Florence. How do you feel about Florence right now? Do you still love him?"
