"Bwahahahaha!" laughed a muscular man with wild long hair. He sat in a large chair around a large table with a few other people ten to be exact.
These people are known as the Eight Demon Lord's or 'The Eight Hands Of The Demon Sword Emperor'. They are the people who works directly under the Demonic Blade Emperor.
"Grrrr!" grunted a lanky looking man with pale sickly skin and bags under his eyes his. He grumbled in displeasure.
"Could you quit it with your laughing already Quantou!" said a gorgeous crimson eyes woman. She had annoyed expression on her face.
"Hmmmmmm...." The beastly man took a thinking pose before replying. "I will not."
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" He laughed even louder.
You may be wondering why he's laughing. It's simple the elderly man Mojian Shen has lost contact with almost every one the elders he placed in various countries.
"That bastard Jun! I'll personally kill him myself!" said Shen as his qi burst from his body it was pitch black with a bit red inside of it.
His eyes glowed a deadly crimson as fumed. Seeing this Quantou laughed even harder.
The two clearly didn't have a very good relationship.
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAH!!!" The laughing continued.
"*Sigh!*" The beauty sighed and looked over to a chair. "So Kang are the other four not going to make it?" she asked a dark skinned man with bright red hair and scar across his nose.
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAH!!!" The laughing still continued.
"No some have other orders and some are in closed door cultivation like our master." he replied.
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAH!!!" He was still laughing even me the narrator is wondering if this man doesn't need to breath!
"I see so what is the reason for this meeting then?" she asked twitching her eyes annoyed at Quantou's laughing.
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA- *Breath!*" Quantou stops running out of air.
The beauty sighs in relief.
But her pain did not end.
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAH!!!"
"I do not know my servant only told me come here." said the man calmly.
Suddenly what could only be described as pure death, destruction and aura came crashing down onto them.
Immediately Quantou shut up his body straightened as his face becoming serious.
Soon a dark figure appeared over the table this was just a simple projection however, it was one of the techniques they'd use to contact each other over long distances.
""""My Lord!"""" They cuffed their hands and bowed their heads in respect.
"Shen I heard of your losses and I'm disappointed. Take a few lower to mid level Elders with you and dispose of this Jun, he has no allies currently correct, so use that to your advantage."
Shen nodded.
"Kang, Quantou as the two strongest of my eight hands I need you two to deal with a few countries that's going out if control. They've managed to locate a rather important base, Li is currently there however he's at a rather important stage of his cultivation."
"We accept my Lord!" said Kang with a massive and twisted grin on his face, bloodlust radiated from all over his body.
'I get to kill! I get to kill!' he thought as he chuckled in glee.
'Maybe joining these guys was a bad idea.' though Quantou as he looked at his Kang.
"And what are my order master?" asked the beauty.
"For you Mirae I have one keep on improving I guess. You have been doing well so far." says the man as he disappeared.
The beauty gained a blush on her face. "Ah! Master I can't for you to bed me and impregnate me with you heir! Ah! Just feeling your aura alone makes me wet!"
Hearing her words he nodded his. 'Yep definitely regretting every decision leading upto now.' thought the man as sighed.
He looked around the room to faces of his subordinates, Kang was chuckling in Glee a murderous aura around him, Shen was grumbling in anger cursing Jun with ever fiber of his being and Mirae was touching her self, he made sure to save the image deep inside his mind.
Then his vision turned back to Shen.
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" He began to laugh even louder.
He finally knew why he joined, it was to see the wrinkly old bastard Shen suffer.
As long the old fool kept suffering he wouldn't trade his place here for anything.

It was morning and Ken Hai, Qian'er and his animals companion were finishing up their breakfast under a tree.
It was finally time for him to become an Elder.
"There's a little something on your face." said Ken Hai as he wiped Qian'er's face. "Thanks big brother." she replied with a smile on her face.
"Hmph! What's a couple brats doing here get out!" said a man in black and purple robes. Ken Hai looked up it was a man in his early 30s along with two other men behind him.
'A 30 year old young master? No it can't be cultivation worlds wierd when it comes to aging, as it's bad to assume someone's age due to cultivation he's probably older.'
Ken Hai only smiled and replied. "It's a pleasure to meet you I am Ken Hai. I am here to participate in the Golden Alchemist tests."
Hearing this the three men became stunned. But the leader who stepped back a bit.
"Ahem! Apologies this Elder here thought you were an intruder." he says as he decides it'd be smart to walk away.
"No no it's fine, but next time be careful not to judge someone by their appearance."
It seems like this fellow here was smart, after all he's heard about the waves Ken Hai has made in the world of alchemy. If he offends him now he might get into a lot of trouble later.
So for now he'll just walk away.

A few minutes later Ken Hai and about 30 others Alchemist gathered in a large courtyard with a few stands where many people sat. However high up on a large building not far away from the court yard was a building which where all the Elders looked over the entire event.
Walking out over to the railings the Head Elder smiled as her beautiful voice boomed out.
"Everyone one of you Alchemist here has earned the chance to finally move up the ladder. Your hard work and dedication has now finally paid off. However you still have to prove to me and my fellow Elders that your worthy of becoming a golden ranked alchemist! Now let the The Golden Alchemist test commence!" her entire words boomed through the entire courtyard
The alchemist all stepped into the ring which had a table which held multiple ingredients along with a cauldron.
"This test has three rounds first the pill mixing round then the elixer mixing round and finally the team mixing round where you along with two other elders will help in the making of pill." said Elder Kai who looked better than ever.
"If you fail to make a pill above the star grade of four you immediately failed."
Hearing this almost every alchemist there gulped.
Ken Hai then immediately started working as his ingredients began to float surprising those watching.
"Who is that youngster?" asked someone.
"That must be the genius Ken Hai. I heard he's in one in a million genius!"
"For him to be standing on the same stage with such great alchemist such as Quigong Shen."
Like Ken Hai did the day before he created a pill without the use of cauldron much to the shock of everyone there.
During the process the other alchemist couldn't even focus on their work opting to watch what Ken Hai is doing.
The many alchemist and Elders in the stands couldn't help but have wide eyes as well. They heard about it from Elder Kai but they couldn't believe it, they had to see it for themselves.
It would be a lie to say they weren't impressed!
'This boy! Could he be even more skilled than even I!' thought the Head Elder as sweat went down her brow.
'Hearing it from Elder Kai was another but seeing it action is completely different! The way he's able to manipulate his ingredients and his control over his flame is just astounding!' she thought.
Soon ten pills were created and Ken Hai was finished. Each with an aura of star grade 10!
"That was amazing." said someone.
Ken Hai just kept a small smile onto his face and bowed.
"Is this enough Elder." the Elder blinked and bowed as well shocking everyone.
"It is."
Ken Hai just received a bow of respect from one of the strictest invigilators of the Golden Alchemist Test, this was unheard of!
The next test was the same Ken Hai simply made another star grade ten hair growth potion. Hair loss in one of the many things some male cultivators still deal with, well those who are stuck at the lower realms still have this issue.
Then the final test came around as only 5 participants were left. One being the same young? Old?
The same guy Ken Hai met with the giant stick up his ass that morning.
All five participating alchemist were joined by three Elder alchemist.
"My name is Ken Hai it's a pleasure to meet you!" he introduced himself kindly. He may be a cultivation protagonist but he's not going to act like an arrogant ass like the others every second.
He'd rather treat everyone with basic respect. Well except those he calls his enemies.
The other Elders then introduced themselves, the author isn't going to bother giving these character name as they are irrelevant to the overall story.
"I was thinking of making gliding step pill."
"I see a very powerful pill! Of course you'd need help with such a pill." said one of this Elders.
The truth is Ken Hai didn't need to he just didn't want break the ego of the alchemist infront of him.
Anyways the gliding step pill increases a person speed and decreases wind resistance, it gives the user 85% speed boost!
It's a very high level pill.
Five large cauldrons each about 5 feet in height were then brought out along with the ingredients needed, all ingredient were prepared beforehand specifically for the exam.
All the groups the sat around their own respective cauldrons and began to work as their qi burst open like a brilliant flame.
The first elder of Ken Hai's group lit the flame as Ken Hai used telekinesis to throw in some water a martial stone along with the other ingredients.
Ken Hai looked over to the second elder and gave his orders. The man blinked for a second but followed them all the same.
The cauldron was wrapped in the second Elders blue qi and Ken Hai's Golden qi causing it float slightly.
Everyone watched with baited breath and a hour later almost all pills were finished except for Ken Hai's group.
"Why aren't their group finished yet?" asked an Elder.
The Head Elder said nothing only watching on.
Soon Ken Hai's cauldron began to glow bright and brighter.
"Is it about to explode?!" asked someone.
But it didn't as a pillar of golden light shot from the cauldron right up into the sky.
*BOOOM!!!*
Everyone became wide eyed as saw that happened but that was just the kicker. When the ten gliding step pills came out of the cauldron they couldn't help but recoil at the aura they felt from the pills.
They felt it was beyond ten stars, the Elders in the stands immediately jumped down to get a closer look the pills which all glowed an intense ethereal green.
"Marvelous!" said Head Elder as looked on the pill not even daring to even touch it.
"So have I passed?"
