Jacob took off at full speed leaving it behind, he could take on one 2 metre ant, but not a hundred others. "He just ate him" Jacob was slightly surprised, he did not expect it, he felt responsible but not guilty
He took toward the city gates of the Queen Ants castle. Ants were behind them angry but he was not giving them any chance to catch up. He busted through the first gates. And entered the premises.
"Damn, these guys are on my ass" The ants were snapping furiously behind him. It was like he was blasphemy against all ants.
When he almost got into the Queen's castle, some ants tackled him from the side screeching madly.
Thud Thud Thud
As he got clotheslined, the ant let out vicious stomps toward Jacob's head.
Sqeeeaaall!
Some of the termite larvae fell from his bag onto the ground and got crushed by the ants kicked. His bag was cut open and some gene cores fell out.
It managed to divert the attention of some of the ants and he forces himself to get up and run away.
He rushed into the castle and started turning corners like crazy, He ran for his life until he finally calmed down. He was panting heavily, and he had no idea where e was. He could ants the distance looking for where he was.
Pant Pant

"I should have never come down here" He began to regret his decision.
Soon after, some footsteps started nearing the room he was in, he rushed behind some structures and hid. There was one last termite larva and Jacob squeezed its mouth. He was not taking that chance.
The footsteps burst into the room as he finished moving. It stayed for a while trying to look for something, then it left.
Jacob sighed with relief.
He got up from where he was and moved to the door to look outside. He could not hear what was going on because his genes were crippled. Jacob needed to plan his next move.
As Jacob was about to reach the door an ant 2 metres tall burst through the door with a roaring screech. Jacob fell flat on his back to avoid getting cut in two. Jacob scrambled on the ground to get up. He threw some of his gene cores away to hopefully by some time but the ant didn't buy it.
Jacob rushed to a window, but the ant rushed to him and pinned Jacob down with his claws.
"This guy knew I was in here all along!" he cursed. The Ant was smart and it knew Jacob would let his guard down if he was gone and used his head.
Jacob held the ant's pincers with his hand to prevent it from killing him. The force made his handshake as he held it wide open. Jacob gritted his teeth and straightened both his arms. He escaped before the pincers could close back in time to tear him apart.
Screech!
The Ants were furious and never gave him any time to leave. The ant charged at Jacob who was running toward the window and they both crashed through.
"Asshole!" Jacob was furious, he pushed the ant off him and they both fell to the ground leaving a huge cloud of smoke that guaranteed much attention from the ant around him. Not long after they gathered around the site of the explosion. The ants came to see one of their brothers dead with his appendix blown into nothing.
They immediately started a search around him but they found no sign of the human. The ants were furious at their futile efforts as they started to communicate through each other's antennas.
"Where is the intruder!"
"We have to protect the colony eggs until our Cretac Faction seizes the queen's egg. If it reaches the queen's breeding chamber and runs amok, It will stun the colony's growth for decades."
"There is no way we can let him get away, Find him!"
The ants spread out and left others to carry away the body of their fallen brethren.
