It wasn't darkness, but corruption, it was just so thick and heavily concentrated inside the shack that it seemed like darkness itself.
Reign could sense the enemy leader who was still inside the shack, he could sense his aura that was calling out to him, inviting him inside the shack.
The corruption moved, forming a path for Reign as he went inside the shack, slightly apprehensive, but not afraid.
