It was 8:00 in the morning and as of the moment the doc was looking at me to m make sure the baby and I are ok. "Well the babies are having some issues inside. With some Herbs and some rest you will be fine." The mer doc said the same. We gave him a call and he rushed over in no time. "Wait you said babies? I am really having twins?" I said excitedly. "Yes you are. We can't tell whether its boys girls or a boy and a girl. With your type of pregnancy it won't show on an ultrasound because of what we are." "Oh too bad I wanted to know." I said pouting. "Haha its ok Zee. Whatever we have lets just pray they are born healthy." Said Nova. "Yeah your right. Thanks Nova." So I took the herbs right away to keep the babies healthy.
"Well anyway. Will you guys be here for my birthday?" "Yes we both will. Especially since your belly will be pretty big by then. We don't want anything bad to happen." Said the Mer-doc. "Ok thanks. Well see you then." So the docs both left and I said. "Hey Nova. Are you busy right now?" "Not particularly. Why?" "I want to go to the beach. I miss the ocean. I'm sure Aquarius does as well." "I'll tell you what. Why don't we go tomorrow that is my day off and we can stay as long as you want ok?" "Really?" "Yes really." "Thank you. I love you so much." "I know. I love you too." We gave each other a kiss on the lips and I laid down to rest.
Mom came in to see how I was doing. "Hey honey how are you feeling?" "I'm good mom. Hey mom? Do you ever think about having another kid with dad? I mean you are still young and dad is as well. You are only 35 years old. One or 2 more kids won't hurt right?" "Hehe. Oh honey. We don't plan on having any more. If we happen too in the future then it will. Otherwise we have no plans. Well I guess things can happen after not seeing eachother for years. Who knows what will happen." "Hehe I hope you do. I want to have a little brother or sister. Then if I have a sister my babies can have another Auntie. We already have Auntie Aqua and Auntie Revy. Oh and if you have a boy we can have another uncle. Nova only has one brother." I'm going to name his Kei Ocean and the second boy named Zale Azure. If it's a boy and a girl like I said my first boy is named Kei ocean so no matter if I have a boy one of them are going to be named that. As for a girl Kaia Nadine. If its 2 girls Kaia Nadine and Gaia Sedna." "Oh pretty names." "I know right? When we get a chance to talk alone I will talk to him about the names." "Well good Idea but isn't it a little early?" "Well Iike they say the early the better right mom?" "I guess so honey. Is there anything you need Zee?" "No not really just a little rest." "Ok honey get some sleep. I will see you later. I will let Nova know." "Thanks mom." I closed my eyes rubbing my belly.
A couple hours later I woke up. It was noon now and it was lunchtime. I was watching tv in my room since I had to stay in bed for a few days. Nova walked in with a tray of food for me on a lap table. "Thanks Nova. Did you eat?" "Yeah I did you should eat right now." "Oh all right. Oh how is the kitty doing?" "She is doing fine don't worry." "Oh good." So I ate my food while we watched one of our mystery shows we used to watch at my old apt.
Once I was done eating Nova took the dish and the table away for me. He is a really nice Boyfriend. I Can't wait for him to propose. I closed my eyes dreaming of the proposal. We were on the beach, I was wearing my pretty light blue tank dress bare feet and my beautiful wavy hair all down. A cute little scavenger hunt to find the way to the beach would be cute or a petal path. He would be there waiting for me then he would say sweet things and get on one knee and say will you marry me? Then he would kiss me and twirl me around then we would go for a swim after and have a good time. I guess not matter how he proposes it would be fine. I would say yes either way. I love him to damn much.
The Next day I woke up excited because I knew we were going to the beach today and go into the ocean. I saw Nova asleep still beside me. I stared at his handsome face like I do every morning when I wake up before him. "Hmm. Zee? Are you there?" "Yes I'm here. Morning handsome." "Morning beautiful. How is our babies doing this morning?" "Oh they are doing fine and so am I. When are we leaving to the beach?" "We can go after breakfast. Teo is at our parents house. It's a good time to go over. Plus since I haven't told them we are having twins yet now would be a good time. We can go straight to the ocean first if you want?" "Yeah lets do that then we can head to your parents house later." I got up holding my back and belly. "Ok babies mommy's gotta get up and eat. I think today we can just have cereal instead of making it." "That sounds fine." "Mom looks like she might still be asleep or waiting for us to escort her. Nova will you before you eat?" "Yeah let me get dressed and I will head out." "Great you're the best." "I know. I always am." He headed out while I made my cereal.
"Hey mom. We just decided to make cereal since we are going to the beach after." "Yes I heard from Nova just now. OK then I will as well." So we ate our breakfast and headed to the car. "Are you ok Zee?" said Nova worriedly. "Yeah I'm fine just had to take a few breaths." "OK if anything happens let me know ok?" "Yes I will." We got in the car and headed out. I was in the front mom in the back.
We got to the beach and Nova helped me out then mom. "Well thank you kind sir." Joked mom. "Haha your welcome madam." Joked Nova. "Ok you too. Time to get serious now." We walked to the beach and we saw someone familiar.
"Is that dad?" Mom looked to see where I was looking. "Yeah it is. I wonder what he is doing here?" "Lets go find out mom." So we walked toward the man and I said "Hey dad. What are you doing here?" "Oh good to see you. Wow your looking good." "Thanks dad. Nova I want to tell him since we are here." "Ok sure." "Dad we are having twins." "Oh is that so? Congrats kiddo." "Thanks dad." "I just came here to get some air. You know." "Yeah sometimes the ocean can get a little stuffy." Said Nova. "Hey dad I came to do the opposite. I came to get in the ocean. I missed it. I may not be able to go under but I can relax above." "Oh sure go ahead. Mind if I talk with your mother for a bit?" "No sure dad go ahead. Nova come join me." "Ok sure." So we walked toward the ocean and put out feet in and sat down so no one saw are tails. "(sigh) so relaxing. I miss this. I hope I have boys so I can go in the ocean and relax. I hope even if I have girls I can too. You can watch them while I go under a bit." "Yeah sure. You can do the same for me." "Yes of course I will. I know how hard you work. Even you sometimes need a break." I was watching my mom and dad looking like they are love sick kids and I saw dad's eyes grow big. Oh no mom you didn't tell dad what we talked about did you? (sigh) Then I shook my head. "What is it Zee? Are you ok?" "Yeah I'm fine. Just parents. They can't keep secrets from their husbands or wives. Anyway what about your parent? They plan on having any blood kids?" "Its funny you should ask. I got a call the other day from mom. She is pregnant." "Oh is that so? Congrats to her. What does your dad think?" "I don't know when we are done here and come over I'm sure they are going to renounce it." "That sounds interesting announcements at the same time nice."
After awhile it was time to leave. "Hey mom. Dad. Its time for us to go. We are going to Nova's parents house. We will most likely be staying the night there for 1 night." I gave my dad a hug and said, "I miss you dad. I can't wait to see you again at my birthday. I wish you would come up more." "Oh honey. I miss you too. I know its been hard growing up on land. You are having babies after all. So take care ok? I will see you again on your birthday. I promise." "OK dad. I love you." "I love you too. Zee. Nova take good care of our daughter ok?" "Yes sir. Will do." Dad went back under and we went in the car.
Nova knocked on his parents door. (Knock Knock) Teo opened it. "Oh hello brother, Zee and Nadine. Come on in." We went in and sat down. "Mom and dad. We have news. I know you have news too. Why don't you go first." "Ok thanks Nova. Since Teo doesn't know because he will make a big deal out of it, I can announce it now. I am pregnant." "What? Mom your pregnant? How far along are you?" "2 weeks so still in the early stages." We all gave their mom a hug. "Dad what do you think about mom getting pregnant?" said Nova. "I was shocked at first. Then I got over it and am excited. You boys will have a baby brother or sister." "OK I'm sure Nova and Zee also have an announcement." "Oh yes we do." I said. "You can tell them this time Nova. I need to sit down." "We are having twins." "What? Twins? Congrats you too. You don't have to worry about having another one for a sibling do you?" "Haha funny dad." Said Nova. "What about you Teo? When are you and your girl going to have kids?" "Kids? Us? No way! At least not right now. We are enjoying our freedom." Said Teo. "Hey it happens when it happens so enjoy your freedom when you can." Said Nova.
"Oh I forgot to tell you guys. We saw Zee's father at the beach. He said he was getting some fresh air. Sometimes the Sea can get stuffy he says. I told him I agree." "Well I have been on land all my life except for 1 year. I miss the ocean." I cuddled up to Nova and started crying silently. "Are you ok Zee?" "Yeah sorry. A little emotional. Darn this pregnancy." I joked. "I never cry over something as missing the ocean. I'm sorry everyone." "Hey its all good. We are family after all." Said Teo. "Speaking of family." Said Nova. "Where is your other half?" "Oh she on a work trip for about a week so I thought I would stay with mom and dad till then. My work I can do at home after all." "Good Idea." Said Nova. "Speaking of work, how is that story coming along Nova?" I said. "Oh its good. I'm almost done with is. I got about 2 more chapters left to go." "I get to read it first right?" "Yes yes you get to read it before it gets published. You always do." "Yay. Thanks Nova." "Oh Zee. What am I going to do with you?" "When you figure it out let me know ok?" I joked. "Haha very funny Zee." "Aww look at how in love they are. Honey." Said mom. "I remember those days." Said Dad. "Ok ok too much love in here. I'll be in the back yard if anyone needs me." Said Teo. So he went out and sat down.
Nova saw his brother and was about to go out when I stopped him. "I will go. You go ahead and visit with your parents." "Ok holler if you need me." "Will do." I walked out and saw him on the porch swing. "Hello Teo. Mind if I join you?" "No go ahead." He scooted over and helped me down. "Thanks Teo." "Sure." "Are you ok? You seem sort of down." "Nah I'm ok. Its not something I can talk about. Me and my girl are just having issues. We will be alright though." "Oh I'm sorry about that." "Hey its all good. So how has brother been treating you?" "Oh good I guess. He works in his study still but makes time out of his day to spend with me. Plus its not like I'm alone I got mom and Aquarius." "At least you got someone when Nova is working. I'm usually alone at home when she works." "Hey that's another reason you two should have some kids." "Its all good right now. Plus I have my dog at home to keep me company. I have a dog sitter watching him right now." "Oh that's right. You got buddy. He's such a cute dog." "Yeah I know right? How is your cat Bella doing?" "She is good." "Oh that's good." "Oh we are thinking about getting a dog for mom. It can bark if something is happening. So I guess a guard dog." "Oh that's good. Does she know about it?" "No we haven't got around to it. We will talk about it at home with her. We are planning on taking her to town to pick one out." "Oh that sounds like fun." "Oh also I don't know if Nova or I told you but, A month after the babies are born I will be dancing my last professional dance. I am going to be mom's bodyguard." "Yeah Revy told me. Sounds good. Just don't forget to make time for the kids ok? You and Nova both." "Yeah we know. Hey maybe you can come by and watch the kids sometime once their a least a month old. When I start work back up?" "Yeah I would love to watch them. It would be my pleasure." "Hehe good. Uncle Teo." "Haha Uncle Teo. It has a ring to it doesn't it?" "Hehe yeah it sure does." "OK well its getting late you should get some rest. Want to keep those babies healthy and yourself." Teo helped me up and we walked back inside.
"I have brought back your lovely pregnant woman." "Thank you Uncle Teo." "No problem brother." They chuckled. "Ok should we get to bed? Its getting late." "Yeah lets go I am a little tired." Nova escorted me to bed and helped me into my pj's. "Thanks Nova. Sorry for all this. Taking care of me like a baby." "Well I guess its good practice we will soon be taking care of two." "Hehe your right." I gave him a goodnight kiss and closed my eyes.
