"Why can't any of these imbeciles bring me, my wife!" Charles yelled at the men in the room. He spent a lot of money on useless men who couldn't tell him where his wife had gone. "How can they call themselves skilled trackers and killers when they can't even survive a little attack from Eli?"
He just received the news about all his men being killed by Eli. Charles wished they came back to him so he would've been able to kill them himself. They were going to make him into a laughing stock because his wife left him and he was failing to beat his own son. Soon enough, word will spread about Eli killing all of the men he hired. Charles did not like the idea of any laughing at him to his face or behind his back because they were too scared to do it to his face.
