Helen felt ecstatic when Eli took her hand and led her away from in front of Wesley. He didn't even try to argue with Wesley once more but just took her away from him. Helen caught a glimpse of Isabelle returning beside Wesley just as Eli had taken her hand and she did not look happy.
Helen gently squeezed Eli's hand as he led her through the crowd of people. Many of them were trying to talk with Eli as he passed by but like always, he continued to ignore them. Reaching the outside, Eli released Helen's hand for a moment to take off his jacket to give to her as the night was chilly.
