"Why isn't he picking up? Pick up please,'' Josephine repeated over and over again wanting to hear from the man she had hired to kill Helen. He was supposed to call her back as soon as the job was finished. He was the one who wanted to do it last night so why on earth was he not responding to her?
Did Eli go to visit Helen at her restaurant last night? If Eli was there when the man she hired went to do the job there would be no way for him to be still alive. Josephine bit her nails out of fear Eli had found out she was the one who sent the man. But maybe she was worrying all for nothing. Maybe the man was still getting rid of Helen's body. Josephine hoped Eli was nowhere near Helen last night.
