Even though Elaine was positive Helen knew about vampires she couldn't be too rash and approach Helen about it. If there truly was the slightest possibility that Mr. Gibson was right with Helen being from the group of children who were used as a cover, approaching Helen and telling her about vampires would make Elaine break the rule of not telling a human.

She knew she was right about Helen but to not make a mistake she would wait until Mr. Gibson found more information. Elaine would just keep her guard up around Helen for the time being.

"Should I mention this to Eli?" She wondered to herself. He either won't believe her because she had so few facts on paper or he might not care. It would be best to put off telling Eli until Mr. Gibson contacted her again.
