A month has passed.
In the last month I have been through a lot ..is what would be cool to say. But nothing of the sort happened, it's was the most peaceful time I have ever lived.well other then the constant nagging by Bernard and Alfred.being overly protective and fretting over me all the time, I kind of understand where they are coming from since I was a person who has just woke up from a ten years old long slumber but I still think they are being over the top.
Anyway what went on in the past month was a specific routine that I went through every single day. Naturally Starting by waking up from sleep having some breakfast and then doing some light morning exercises,later studying for a bit things about the continent, like what empires and kingdoms exists in it the political situation ,economy and military strength for each of them their royal family and some influential figures. Also studying the empire more throughly. After that it's tea time I will have to say it is my favorite time of the day the tea is good and the refreshments are great, extremely delicious in fact. The mansion chef is surely a wonderful cook.more importantly after that I go through some magic training since strong magical powers is a trait of the Kaiser imperial family there is no teacher in the mansion so I learn through books and some tips and advices from Bernard. According to him I had already learned a lot of magic when I was young so it should be much easier now and it actually is since the knowledge was deeply ingrained in my body.surprisingly or more like unsurprisingly the magic power in my body is not that strong. it is not that much of a problem because there is actually a reason for my insignificant magical powers,well only compared to my family members it is counted insignificant.anyhow that reason comes from half of my genes obviously from my mother side, my mother's family who are the Alphen imperial family are known for their strong holy power, and I have inherited some of that holy power in my body which is a rare case. Because when two people with different types of powers have children usually the children get only one type of power. rarely do children get both powers and when they do a lot of them die at birth,even if they managed to live they don't live for long since the powers in their bodies are not balanced and in harmony which causes a big burden on the body that results in eventual death. Bernard has done everything in his knowledge to make sure that my fate would not be the same and he actually succeeded in doing so the powers in my body are surprisingly balanced and are in harmony. I have to give it to the old man he is an amazing guy.so besides the magic training i also train my holy powers which is a lot more difficult then magic training, unlike magic which can be used for destructive purposes,holy powers can only be used for healing and defensive purposes. I usually have my holy power training after lunch. When I finish all my training for the day the sun would have set and it would be my free time till dinner. When I get done from eating dinner I do some late night exercises as instructed by Alfred before bathing and going to sleep.
The same loop is repeated every day.with Bernard and Alfred constant surveillance of course.

"Howard...."called the emperor.
"Yes your majesty?" Answered the chamberlain Howard.
"It would seem my time Is finally here"
"Goodness what are you saying your majesty!!"
"Hahah..no need to fret for it is only the inevitable"
"...."
"That child has not woken up yet has he?" The emperor awkwardly asked.It seems he has come to regret what he has done.but it was already to late for regrets and he knew this more than anyone else.
"... unfortunately that estimated person has not woken up" Howard replied with a grief filled face.
"....I see" was all the emperor could say.
A suffocating silence ensued.
Until the emperor spoke once again"..it might not be my place to say this nor is it my right.but I pray that child can see the light of day once more and be able to lead a happy and healthy life"
"Surely the gods will listen to your majesty's sincere wishes" said Howard with a sad smile
"....."
the emperor had a complicated expression on his face.feeling lost now that he was facing death filled with many regrets.once that could have been solved if he was just a much more rational person.yet how late was it that he realized this.the emperor could only bitterly laugh at the fate that was cruelly tormenting him.
A couple of days later we received the news of the emperor's passing away .and the empire falling into chaos.
I suppose the time to go there has come near.

"Your highness, it is about time for us to go to the capital and for the imperial family to know of your awakening" declared Bernard .
"You are right" I affirmed.
"Will you send the news of your awakening, or are you going to go there in person" asked Alfred.
"I think sending a messenger in advance is much more appropriate" I answered .
"I believe this to be a wise decision.it would cause needless troubles to surprise them at such a time"Bernard remarked.
"We will be departing in a week prepare everything" I ordered.

The next day.
As I was going through my usual everyday routine Bernard came to me after I have finished the holy power training.
"Your highness" he called.
"Yes?" I answered.
"Can your highness come with me for a while?"
"Sure.."
After saying that he led me to a long staircase which led deep down underneath the mansion after walking down for a while we reached a place that seems to be a storage room.it was a special storage room as it was guarded by a strong magical barrier that looked like it was made by an archmage which was rather surprising since archmages were quite rare and hard to find.but it might not be that astonishing for such a strong barrier to be here since all the members of my family are particularly archmages, in level of magical power that is.I believe the only actual archmage there was the princess. The first prince was more of a magic swordsman and the third prince was something like a summoner quite a unique type of magic even rarer than a archmage.well there was another archmage besides the princess serving the imperial family he might of made this magical barrier.
Bernard took off one of his gloves and pulled out a knife from somewhere he used that knife and slashed his finger letting the blood from it drop down into the magic circle on the ground. When his blood touched the surface of the magic circle a blinding light shone from it and I was forced to close my eyes.as the light started to fade my eyelids fluttered open and what greeted me was a unbelievably dusty old storage room.what was all that foreshadowing for the strong barrier and the seemingly secret place.
Noticing my disappointed expression Bernard merely chuckled.
" it seems that the place is not to your highness's liking"he said still chuckling.
"...it's just not what I expected it to be" I answered nonchalantly.
"It is the kind of place that fools you with all its grand protection measures"
"It most definitely is"I frustratedly answered.
"Pffft...Ahem I have brought your highness here to give you something that has been entrusted to me by her majesty the late empress"
"...from my mother?.."
Bernard nodded "that is right, it is a treasure that has been protected by the alphen imperial family for centuries. And it was lastly owned by her majesty"
"A treasure of the alphen imperial family?..."I was quite shocked at this fact not expecting something of such significance to pop up here.
Bernard nodded once more and continued" her majesty the empress has entrusted it with me and asked me to hand it to you when I believe the time is right"
There was a question that was bugging me from the moment Bernard mentioned that the treasure belonged to the alphen imperial family so I just decided to ask" Bernard you said that the treasure belonged to alphen imperial family right?"
" that is right your highness"
" then did the imperial family just leave the treasure after mother's death? Did they not try to take it back?"
"Hohoho that is a valid concern your highness" Bernard said laughing and stroking his mustache.
"..."
"Well to answer your highness's question.the alphen imperial family decided to respect the wish of her majesty.and they also implemented their own safety measures like the magic barrier for one".
Oh so the magic barrier was made by a archmage from the alphen empire.
"Let us go in your highness".
"Alright".
