"You graspped enough of the Frozen Lightning Fist.", the Dragon said to Archer after the Blizzard faded away. "The following move is the Lightning Avalanche Stomp.", the humanoid made a sign so the boy gave him space to demonstrate.
He was on simple position with the closed fists by his body side and raising his feet off the ground with the knee about his stomach, he landed a stomp on the ground. But nothing happened but a crater on the floor.
"You can start.", he said to his disciple.
"What?", Archer was a little confused. "Is that all?"
"For now.", the Dragon explained. "To start do it about hundred times in different spots and without the craters interjuncting."
"Okay.", the boy didn't understand the difficult of this training.
