"Wait for me, John.", Gerard shouted at the boy from a far.
"Are you willing to form an alliance?", John asked in return.
"I didn't say that.", the Necromancer laughed.
"We don't have to do this.", John tried to put this idea on his friend's head.
At this point John knew that he was stronger and Gerard don't. So to avoid eliminating his comrade the boy was avoiding combat while the other wanted to garantee his participation at the Play Offs.

John was the one being chased but because of this frail physique the other wasn't too far away. This made the movement much more dangerous than he thought. He suddenly stopped and turned his body. This startled Gerard that started to do an enchantment.
