Archer was actually a really pissed after seeing some familiar faces. Tomas and Verns were there. Together with a couple new faces as well. None of the four old colleagues were very talkative to each other what created a increadible awkward situation to the new ones.
Aurora knew exactly what Archer was doing there but as he had foresaw she opted for having a good piece at her disposal and control it near by than have it as a long ranged enemy. The others were there for another reasons but it was easy to see their eager for power. It was almost like Aurora's personality attracted the other two.
