Meisha exploded at the sight of Ho-jin which greeted her just after storming into the room. She didn't want to waste a single second, even when she was almost out of breath and someone was more likely to have heard her than not, as there were already a lot of people assembled in the room!
But as she had spoken out loud, her words had made their impact differently on the different sets of people standing in the room, who had unintentionally become privy to the matter simply by virtue of existing in the same space.
