Two voices echoed together once again.
"You said you missed me!" Ji-hun asked, almost tearing up again and having forgotten everything about the guy named Zacharie.
"And you said you are ready to marry! Whom? Me? Why? What? Wait ! How?"
Then suddenly they both looked at each other's bewildered faces and started laughing , without saying anything after that. They continued for a few minutes, and it was Nitya who controlled her laughter and spoke up first.
"I was saying that I missed you, because I had been dreaming.It was not meant for you."Nitya lied, not wanting the ray of hope to escape and spread in every direction, or to illuminate the black skies of hers.
"So it was true,you are missing Zacharie?" Ji-hun murmured low enough that Nitya was not able to hear it at all.
She prompted him, "What, what did you say?"
