Chapter 105 - Goodbye

Nitya opened her eyes and found herself in a room, which was familiar to her despite having no memory of visiting it. She looked around to get an idea of her surroundings, when her eyes landed on an earthen vase present in the room, the flowers inside it were dying, almost devoid of any semblance of life.

She took a few steps towards the vase to examine them, also unaware of why she was feeling so emotional after seeing that. Almost as if in a daze, she leaned over the table and touched them, in a gesture of sympathy.

She stepped back abruptly, because just a few moments after she touched them, the flowers bloomed and reached their youth again. "How was this possible!" She murmured to herself, when she heard the voice of a child.

"Kino, Kinno, hurry! Mother is not feeling well."

The voice felt like it was coming closer to her, along with two figures that passed in front of her eyes within seconds.
