"You seemed troubled. Were you forced to return here?" Hinata suggests, and he's not trying to be invasive, nor is he trying to search for an answer but he's hoping to give Izna an opportunity to voice the thoughts she couldn't to anybody else.
It isn't easy to say things to people you know as compared to a stranger you'll meet only when you're passing the same corridor.
There's no reason to view each other differently when you would've never had a 'right' way to view them before.
"Hm, you could say that," Izna explains with a hum. "It used to be a restaurant, a quaint place where I used to live with my family. It was small and well-decorated, and the antiques on the walls were all hand-crafted ceramics that my adoptive mother liked to make. When I grew older and the neighbourhood started getting quieter, people insisted on making the place a bar instead, to earn more money and to continue paying rent for the building. I hate it."
