Throwing her head back, the rain falls against her face instead, giving the false image of tears trickling against her cheeks instead. She likes to do this instead of really crying, not that she's sad at this moment.
It's just become a habit of hers when it does rain, putting her face under it and letting herself get wet this way instead of prancing outside and getting herself fully moist like she used to when she was younger.
