The cloaked figure doesn't pause but there's a rough shift in her demeanour. She stares for a moment or two with something like indignance in her barely-visible eyes, arms folded while she consciously tries to pull down the cloth of her arms to cover her wrist.
She doesn't say anything for a moment, almost like she's trying to ponder the best answer to a mainly hypothetical question which could easily be played off as a joke.
Mizuki lowers herself onto one knee, analysing the broken wheel. "Couldn't you tie it with some cloth to close the gap?" she suggests, turning her head back to observe the expression of the other girl.
"Well, I could've mended it completely but the ridiculous amount of elemental energy around here is making it impossible for me to figure this crap out. I can't just rip my clothes, it's a silk cloak," the figure says and in a way, it does make some sense.
