"I'll be back in a bit, boss," Hinata announces before leaving, holding out his hand for Sho to reach. Sho reaches up a hand lazily, high-fiving it before sinking back onto the pebble seat that he's on.
Mizuki smiles at him in farewell, mouthing a 'don't take long' before he leaves for good. She can't help but stare as he walks off, adjusting his kimono quickly, and then his hair, before pausing mid-track.
Mizuki chuckles at this, almost forgetting the tenseness of the situation. When Hinata spots something particular in the distance, he jogs in that direction and Sho speaks up quietly.
"Does Red Hair-sama really make you happy?" Sho asks, the kind of question you wouldn't expect from him, especially since he's been burdened with his own problems. Mizuki would feel bad to give any answer that would make his day worse.
