"Ooh, look there, there's ladies selling trinkets," Brandon taps her shoulder. Sluggishly, she turns her head, acknowledging it as brightly as she can with her mildly sour mood. While she's not looking, she fails to look at the man carrying two bags of rice in his hands, bags large enough to obstruct his vision. By the time Brandon turns his head to look, the man tumbles into Mizuki and sends her stumbling backwards. The bags of rice fall and the grains spill out onto the ground. Mizuki stares, appalled, immediately going on her knees to meet the eye level of the crumpled man.
She stares confusedly at the rice on the ground, wondering how she's supposed to gather them. Regardless, she starts scooping the rice and returns them into the bags, only to hear an exasperated sigh in front. "Now I've done it," the middle-aged man wears a scowl. He looks more exhausted at himself than anyone else. "I'm going to need to harvest more from the field if I want to make up for this."
