"We heard from your father that you require a helping hand on the field. I was thinking that we could help you with the harvest before trying to gather the vegetables that we lack. Is there a list that you'd like me to keep track with?" Mizuki asks politely and the boys seem to settle, comfortable with her presence. They nod in unison.
Gou digs into his pocket, pulling out a crumpled piece of paper, stained with Heavens-know-what.
"Right… uhm… where should we begin?" Mizuki immediately tucks the dirty sheet of paper away, eyes darting around as she scours for tasks to complete. "And how much time do we have on our hands before the crops wilt?"
"The wheat needs to be harvested today so we can plant the seeds again tomorrow and the rice… immediately. We have, at most, a day or two to have everything settled before we can stock up the grocery stores and provide the ingredients to the local eateries," Kou informs. Mizuki tries not to scowl.
