Hinata hopes ignoring the problems that are right in front of him will make things better. It's not the best plan but it'll give him some form of peace, as temporary and short-lived as that may be. Reluctantly, he tears his gaze off the two in front, curling as he rests his head on his kneecaps. He closes his eyes, well-aware of each throb of his heart.
'I've done things I shouldn't have.' A beat passes and Hinata can't seem to bear the silence any longer. Each totter of the horses' hoofs don't leave him any less satisfied knowing the seconds that are slipping out of his reach. His eyes blow open and he stares with furrowed eyebrows. "I can't get any rest," he complains.
"Aren't you tired?" Adelia asks, expectant of his answer.
