Mizuki snickers, sitting up swiftly and joining him by his side. She nudges him, "You know, if you want my company, you can just say it. You don't have to look so constipated waiting for me to figure it out," she teases.
"Figure what out?!" he argues, his face turning a bright red out of embarrassment. He's unbeknownst to this fact, making it even funnier to Mizuki who continues to tease him.
"You should know, pretty boy," Mizuki chuckles, laying her head against his shoulder. It's at the perfect height, the exact place she feels comfortable lying at. Mizuki lifts her gaze to the sky where it's a bright orange with cotton candy clouds. The moon has appeared amongst them too, with stars barely visible but still there. Their faces are masked in the sunset's warm glow, the ethereal kind. "I don't know how we get along," she remarks, and it's an odd thing to bring up. She knows.
"I don't think we do," Hinata relaxes, closing his eyes to rest.
