Mizuki would try to give a signal to show she's fine but she's in a rather compromising position at that point. With her abdomen injured, she's not left with much strength to help her maintain her balance in the air. Kicking up against the walls of the tower, she curls such that it's like walking up the tower. She holds her breath, trying her hardest not to look down as her fear of heights suddenly sinks in. The sides of her hips begin to ache, making her attempt infinitely more difficult but she persists.
With as much strength as she can muster to her arms, she climbs, walking with extreme care such that the vine does not snap.
