Mizuki awakes again to splotches of orange blending amongst the darkness shrouding her eyes, and when she opens them, a soft ray of sunlight pours over her eyes. She groans slightly as she stirs awake, and she senses movement next to her.
"What's going on?" she asks tiredly and from the blurriness of her eyes, she recognises Hinata next to her with his bright red hair and emerald eyes. She pushes herself up to sit, and it's at this moment where the pain of all her injuries combined hits her, leaving her sore all over.
Tears brim at the corners of her eyes, threatening to fall.
"You don't have to move—" Hinata says hurriedly, making sure she doesn't make any harsh movements that may only injure her further. She nods in acknowledgement, deciding it's best to stay in bed. Her bag is next to her bed, left where it was at the same time she was moved into the room.
